Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take for me to receive my item?
We have warehouses in North America and overseas, so we can get your product to you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are. The vast majority of US and Canadian customers receive their shipments within 21 days. Most North American customers receive their shipments sooner than that.
The timeframe for order delivery is broken down into two parts:
Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality inspection, and packaging. All orders are shipped to our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed. It takes 2 to 7 days for the warehouse to process an order.
Delivery time: This is how long it takes for an item to be shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep. Once the item has been processed and leaves the warehouse, it usually takes 7 to 14 days to arrive at its destination, but it can sometimes take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for customers within the US. International customers are responsible for shipping costs, additional duties, and other fees.
Where can I track my item?
We don't have a customer-facing tracking system yet, but we're working on it.
What if I don't receive my item?
While most of our US and Canadian customers receive their items quickly, mistakes do happen. If you are a US or Canadian customer and have not received your order within 21 days, please Contact Us.
I made a mistake with my shipping address, what should I do?
Don't worry. As long as you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order with the wrong address, we can help you change it. Simply email us your complete and correct address along with your order number and we will update your details.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, changes cannot be made to the order.
I made a mistake with my billing address, what should I do?
The billing address is not editable at this time. This is to prevent the risk of fraud.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
I don't like my item. Can I return it?
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. All returns must be in good condition and return postage is at the customer's expense in order to be refunded. Please email us proof of postage so that we can refund you.
Promotional, discounted and free items are not eligible for returns.

My item is damaged, defective, or not as described. Can I return it?
If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a reshipment or a full refund. To request a reshipment or refund, please email us a clear photo of the item to prove that the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
We are not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear, submersion in water, or size differences.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on how you paid for the item.
If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please email us immediately. If possible, please include a screenshot of the transaction so we can speed up our investigation.

Returns
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
